TDC had been approached by a new customer due to a problem with one of their process chillers. The company who currently serviced the system had condemned it and left the customer with a large bill to replace.
After thorough inspection, TDC found several issues. We provided the customer with the option to repair or replace (reparation being the much cheaper option). The customer went ahead with the repair and the chiller is running well.
